The Author

Founder of the project and Principal Investigator, David is a PhD student in Egyptian Archaeology at the University of Oxford.

His broader research interests encompass non-royal statuary and private art and architecture from the New Kingdom.

David is affiliated to Harris Manchester College and member of the IFAO’s ‘Mission d’étude de Deir el-Medina’ since September 2021. He holds an MA in Egyptology from the University of Manchester.
